CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Service Cancellation Policy:

• Notice Requirement: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to avoid a $75 cancellation fee. This policy excludes the Rug Valet service.
• Appointment Requests: All appointments are by request only.
• Same-Day Appointments: Same-day appointments are subject to availability and time requirements.

Service Refund Policy:

• If a service is canceled with the required 24-hour notice, any prepayments will be fully refunded. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, the $75 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.
• If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 24 hours of the service to discuss a resolution or potential refund.
• Refunds or stain removal guarantees will not be provided under the following conditions:
  • The stain is permanent and cannot be removed by standard cleaning methods.
  • The flooring material is damaged or deteriorated beyond normal wear and tear.
  • The customer fails to follow post-cleaning care instructions provided by our technicians.
  • The service area is not accessible or prepared as per our guidelines at the time of the appointment.
